Glazier wanted in Aleutians East Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glazier in Aleutians East Borough, Alaska. The job is at a glass and aluminium factory. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Able to cut glass accurately to size The role involves seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
