Milling machine operator wanted in Kibiya

Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Kibiya, Kano State. Day to day you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Six days a week, one day off.
