Pot washer • Belknap County, New Hampshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Belknap County, New Hampshire. You will be based at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Full-time, day shift.
