Great opportunity: thermal insulation technician (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Sevier County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
