Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through The role involves back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges.
