Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Brown County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy production line. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Day to day you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
