Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Benton County, Minnesota. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
