Health and safety supervisor — Malam Maduri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Malam Maduri, Jigawa State. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Day-to-day duties: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₦135,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
