Steel fixing chargehand wanted in Harlan County

Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Harlan County, Nebraska. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Day to day you will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat. Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
