Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Pike County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing What we are looking for: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
