The role involves conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Part-time with flexible hours.
