Join our team: elevator technician (South Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator technician in Bamberg County, South Carolina. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
