Cold store insulation technician • Fluvanna County, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Fluvanna County, Virginia. You will be based at an industrial plant. On a typical shift you will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience.
