Milling machinist wanted in Putnam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machinist in Putnam County, Tennessee. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. On a typical shift you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
