Kitchen cook • Charlotte County, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Charlotte County, Virginia. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
