Advanced scaffolder — St. Mary Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. Requirements: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
