Dish pit attendant — Yell County

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Yell County, Arkansas. You will be based in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
