Steel erection rigger wanted in Covington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Covington County, Mississippi. You will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Confident with standard crane hand signals At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
