Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred You will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings.
