Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Gallatin County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
