Argon arc welder wanted in Merrimack County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. The job is on a structural steel site. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Day-to-day duties: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
