Cnc lathe operator wanted in Unicoi County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Unicoi County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Your main tasks: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
