Concrete placer — Darke County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete placer in Darke County, Ohio. You will be based on a road and bridge project. The role involves: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works We offer $230 per day plus benefits.
