Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety officer in Powell County, Montana. The job is at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites On a typical shift you will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry.
