Join our team: we are hiring a membrane applicator in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. You will work at a cold storage facility. Day to day you will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. Requirements: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
