Safety inspector wanted in Deuel County

Now hiring: we are hiring a safety inspector in Deuel County, Nebraska. The job is in a warehouse and logistics yard. Your main tasks: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Full-time, day shift.
