You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code.
