Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
