Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in City of Roanoke, Virginia. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time, day shift.
