Join our team: we are hiring a marble fitter in Washington County, Mississippi. You will work on a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades Day-to-day duties: • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
