Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Collingsworth County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
