Now hiring: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Grundy County, Tennessee. The job is in a cabinet-making workshop. You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Day to day you will lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together.
