Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in McHenry County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules The role involves check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit.
