Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Hampton County, South Carolina. You will work at a halal meat counter. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
