Kitchen steward wanted in Kiowa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kiowa County, Kansas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
