Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Dare County, North Carolina. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
