Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in City of Richmond, Virginia. What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown The role involves attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
