Track-type tractor operator wanted in Houston County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Houston County, Georgia. You will be based at a land-clearing site. Day-to-day duties: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence 4+ years on the tools preferred.
