Immediate opening: we are hiring a power press operator in Clay County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Six days a week, one day off.
