Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Renville County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools 3+ years on the tools preferred.
