Your main tasks: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
