Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Meagher County, Montana. The job is at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
