Join our team: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Steuben County, New York. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
