Automotive refinish painter wanted in Crook County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Crook County, Oregon. You will work at a busy body shop. Your main tasks: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
