Garment machinist • Franklin County, Nebraska

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment machinist in Franklin County, Nebraska. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 4+ years on the tools preferred.
