You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
