Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Sandwell, England. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. On a typical shift you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Basic grinding and fettling skills Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
