Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
