Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Washington County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges Requirements: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
