Gatehouse guard — Sheffield

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Sheffield, England. You will work at a gated residential society. You will control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block; check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point. You should have: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Basic reading of English and local language for registers £3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
